Job Description
Role: Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 10-15 Years
EducationQualification: CA/CPA/MBA/CA-Inter
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accrual accounting, GL concepts, US GAAP, and financial close processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, dashboards, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative working style.
- Flexibility to extend work hours to support U.S. stakeholders.
