The role involves working across product, growth, and marketing teams to define metrics, build dashboards, conduct analyses, and deliver actionable insights. You will use SQL to extract and analyse data, maintain business intelligence dashboards, investigate user behaviour, support A/B testing, and ensure reporting accuracy. The position is listed for India and requires 1–3 years of relevant experience.ResponsibilitiesWrite SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyse data from product databases, data warehouses, and third-party sources.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.Define and track key product and business metrics.Conduct ad hoc analyses for product, growth, marketing, and leadership teams.Analyse user behaviour to identify patterns, drop-off points, and opportunities to improve product performance.Support A/B test design, analysis, and interpretation with growth and product teams.Ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting pipelines and flag discrepancies.Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.Requirements1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or product analyst role.High proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries across large datasets.Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.Ability to turn messy data and ambiguous questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.Strong communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
