Job Description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- The role comprises working on comprehensive credit reviews of exposures in the commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C&I) loans. Areas of work involve
- Sourcing information such as updated financial statements, rent rolls, valuation reports, asset summary report and debt structure summary
- Spreading financials in financial spreading tool such as Sageworks, ACTICO, etc.
- Conducting cash flow analysis, credit analysis of CRE and C&I loans to evaluate borrower's loan repayment ability and preparing detailed annual and quarterly credit memos
- Covenant monitoring, rent-roll analysis and property valuation.
- Proactively communicating with loan officers, brokers, and clients during underwriting and loan review process.
- Assisting in the active management of the bank's portfolio of criticised and classified loans.
- Supporting in portfolio monitoring activities pertaining to bank’s portfolio of criticised and classified loans.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent standards and processes in credit analysis through interaction with risk management team of the bank.

Qualifications:-
- MBA or CA or Master’s degree preferred; CFA certification is a plus with 5-8 years of work experience preferable.
- Good understanding of MS office, Sageworks, ACTICO and VBA, Project management, RMBS/CMBS/CLO space with experience in financial modelling/ surveillance/ portfolio monitoring and credit analysis.
