About the job Position: Software Engineer Backend Type: Contract Compensation: $30 - $100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI to solve. Implement deterministic verifiers for solution validation. Build scalable services and APIs. Debug and optimize performance of backend systems. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality. Requirements Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, Typescript, Python, C++ or similar. Track record of building scalable services and APIs. Comfort with debugging, performance work, and automated testing. Solid code review instincts. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and foundational computer science concepts.
