Role Overview

We are looking for a Short-Form Content Creator who can create high-performing, trend-driven content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YT Series. This role demands the ability to quickly shoot, stabilize, and edit engaging videos using a smartphone and gimbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (1560 seconds) using smartphone + gimbal
• Create scroll-stopping content optimized for Reels, Shorts, and social feeds
• Edit content with strong hooks, text overlays, transitions, and sound design
• Adapt trending audio, formats, and social media trends
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs
• Support brand campaigns, route & product launches, and promotions
• Maintain consistent content creation & posting for fast turnaround

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form social content
• Hands-on experience shooting content using smartphone + gimbal
• Strong mobile video editing skills
• Understanding of framing, lighting, and stabilization for mobile shooting
• Ability to create engaging hooks within the first 3 seconds
• Strong sense of trends, timing, and platform algorithms
• Passion for travel, EVs, and social media storytelling
