Job Opportunity: HR Intern
CrossML Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. CrossML is an AI-driven technology company focused on building innovative solutions in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise automation.
Location: Chandigarh Industrial Area Phase-1
Work Mode: Onsite
Position: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
- Handle documentation and administrative HR tasks
Requirements:
- • Good communication & interpersonal skills
- • Candidates must have completed Graduation.
- • Basic knowledge of HR processes
- • Knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment/search techniques
- • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
