Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our
• dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales,
• business development, or a related field and a passion for building relationships and driving
• revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• ? Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the
• companys products/services.
• ? Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospects needs and determine whether
• they fit the companys offerings well.
• ? CRM tools are used to document and track lead interactions and progress.
• ? Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
• ? Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.
• ? Provide feedback to improve outreach campaigns and marketing collateral based on
• prospect interactions.
• ? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings
• booked.
• ? Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

• ? 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• ? Familiarity with AI/ML solutions or a strong interest in learning about emerging
• technologies.
• ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ? Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot,Instantly or similar).
• ? Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• ? A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• ? Familiarity with the companys industry or products.
