- Partner with internal stakeholders — including Legal, Risk Management, Client-facing teams, and business-unit leaders — to ensure alignment on contract documentation and engagement processes.
- Assist in the preparation of contract-related reports, ensuring accurate data capture and up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain clear handoffs and documentation to support seamless coordination with U.S.-based team members.
- Support training on contract management workflows and technology tools as needed.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Team-oriented, with experience working with diverse teams.
- Ability to leverage available resources and contribute through others.

- Candidate must have reliable means of commuting to and from local office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting projects or workflows related to contract management.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
- Understanding of professional services business practices and priorities.
- Experience working in a global capability center or similar distributed operating model supporting U.S.-based stakeholders.
