Deployment Center Associate

 

 

Job Profile Summary

The Deployment Center Associate supports the day-to-day preparation, deployment, maintenance, and tracking of Crowe endpoint hardware. This role performs hands-on activities required to ensure laptops and related equipment are properly prepared, tested, inventoried, and ready for use by Crowe personnel.

Working under the direction of Deployment Center leadership, the Associate supports new-hire onboarding, laptop refreshes, equipment swaps, inventory management, and other hardware deployment activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn and follow established technology processes and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process IT hardware throughout its lifecycle, including receiving, inspecting, testing, cleaning, staging, and preparing equipment for deployment or return to inventory.
  • Prepare and configure laptops and related equipment for new hires, laptop refreshes, service swaps, and other deployment needs.
  • Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and component replacement as appropriate; identify and escalate equipment requiring additional repair or warranty support.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory by properly labeling, storing, tracking, and documenting equipment and transactions.
  • Fulfill approved hardware requests and maintain accurate request and asset information in ServiceNow and other applicable systems.
  • Support scheduled hardware deployments, new-hire onboarding activities, and other regional Deployment Center needs.
  • Maintain an organized, secure, and efficient Deployment Center workspace and follow established processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Communicate equipment issues, inventory concerns, workload constraints, and potential delays to Deployment Center leadership in a timely manner.
  • Perform other endpoint hardware and Deployment Center activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, peripherals, and common hardware components.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assigned tasks.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and instructions consistently.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and internal clients.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • This roles requires to work from office for 5 days.
  • Ability to perform hands-on work involving laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
  • Ability to work on-site (in office) to support Deployment Center operations.
  • As required, ability to work after hours to support business or deployment needs.
