Job Description
- You have a great opportunity to join Crystalvoxx Global LLP as a Senior AR Executive based in Unicus Shyamal, Ahmedabad. The role involves working from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am in the night shift. To excel in this position, you should have 1-5 years of experience in AR follow-up and insurance calling within a medical billing company.
Your responsibilities will include managing denial, calling insurance companies in the US on behalf of physicians, clinics, and hospitals, and following up on outstanding accounts receivables and claims. It is essential to possess a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare domain from the provider side and be familiar with methods to enhance processes in this area. Additionally, you should have a basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and be capable of managing and developing collaterals as needed.
