Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The specialist will manage job postings, maintain talent pipelines, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. Daily activities also include updating recruitment records, preparing offer letters, collaborating with HR on onboarding, and tracking hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent and facilitate effective selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization and enhance its visibility in the talent market.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR, preferably within healthcare, technology, or professional services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, and to interpret basic recruitment metrics.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
