Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Company Secretary Intern located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The intern will assist in preparing and filing company documents, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and maintaining company records. Tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research on corporate law, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The intern will also coordinate with clients and different departments as needed.
