Role & responsibilities
Responsible for the entire operation of a branch; from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing everyone provides excellent customer service
- To ensure customer service standards are met and inimize customer complaints and escalations
- Deepen customer engagements and ensure revenue is maximized by cross sell and upsell
- Ensure smooth operations of the branch at all times
- Ensure branch adheres to the highest standards of compliance
- Ensure branch upkeep in terms of physical and IT infrastructure

Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 3 years experience as Teller/PB Authorizer/Branch Banking Operations experience
