We are looking for Software Development Engineer II who will:

• You will design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using C# and .NET frameworks
• You will participate actively in Agile development ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• You will perform debugging and troubleshooting of complex software issues to identify and implement effective solutions
• You will contribute to the creation and review of Software Design specifications and architectural blueprints
• You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices for Software Development
• You will conduct thorough Software Testing, including unit, integration, and system tests, to ensure product quality and reliability
• You will engage in Stakeholder Management by communicating technical concepts clearly and managing expectations
• You will provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development
• You will produce clear and concise Technical Writing, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides
  

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years experience in Software Development with C# and .NET
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile Development methodologies
• Ability to interpret and contribute to Business Requirements Documents
• Proficiency in debugging techniques and tools
• Demonstrated experience in Software Design principles and pattern
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development life cycle
• Experience with various Software Testing approaches and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective Stakeholder Management
• Prior experience or a strong desire to provide Mentorship
• Aptitude for clear and effective Technical Writing
