Role Description

The Senior Executive – Technical Sales will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client accounts, and supporting the growth of Techtures BIM and VDC services. Key tasks include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with technical teams to provide tailored solutions, and managing sales pipelines to achieve targets. The role involves coordinating with project teams to understand client needs and delivering optimal outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwapur.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong Account Management skills with experience in maintaining effective client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

    Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify business potential, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Team Management to guide and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or BIM and VDC processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications will be an asset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
