CUBE is a cloud-based platform for managing the entire lifecycle of Building and Infrastructure Projects. CUBE.ms stands for Connected Unified Built Environment Management System, which is what the platform aims to deliver through its extensive toolset and features. Functionally, it is a combination of Common Data Environment (CDE) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that enables stakeholders and teams across projects to work cohesively on a single source of truth.

It also features a built-in BIM Content Management System and a visual Common Data Environment developed to suit BIM and AEC workflows.

Role Description

The Senior Executive – Technical Sales will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client accounts, and supporting the growth of Cubes services. Key tasks include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with technical teams to provide tailored solutions, and managing sales pipelines to achieve targets. The role involves coordinating with project teams to understand client needs and delivering optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong Account Management skills with experience in maintaining effective client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify business potential, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Team Management to guide and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or BIM and VDC processes is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications will be an asset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
