Job Title: Legal Intern / Consultant (3 Months)

Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Legal Intern / Consultant to support our legal team in handling day-to-day legal operations. This role will provide exposure to commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data privacy compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts
• Support in managing and tracking contract lifecycles and documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in intellectual property-related matters such as trademarks and copyrights
• Support in the development, review, and implementation of data privacy policies and compliance frameworks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance across business functions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law student (3rd year and above for 5-year course / final year for 3-year course) or recent graduate
• Strong understanding of contract law and basic corporate legal concepts
• Prior internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is preferred
