Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall store operations while ensuring adherence to company standards and business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities
• Drive store sales targets and key retail KPIs such as Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Revenue.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, billing, cash handling, and reporting.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and audit compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage team scheduling, attendance, productivity, and overall discipline.
• Coordinate effectively with Area Managers and cross-functional support teams.
• Drive sales of fitness equipment and accessories through consultative selling.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in fitness retail, sports retail, hardlines retail, or fitness equipment operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and sales-driving capabilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle store targets, operational challenges, and team performance management.
• Experience in fitness equipment sales or related hardlines retail categories is preferred.
