Summary

Position Overview
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a high-impact real estate transaction professionals with a history of high performance to join our Retail Leasing to drive strategic growth of the Retail business in India. This hiring mandate focused on building revenue pipelines, winning marquee mandates, and strengthening senior-level client relationships.
Key Accountabilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to Retail Services business growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships across developers, landlords, and retailers.
• 
  Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities.
  

Client Management & Advisory

• Understand client requirements and provide market-driven retail real estate solutions.
• Deliver market insights, location recommendations, and leasing strategies to clients.
• Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  

Transaction Execution

• Manage retail leasing transactions from mandate acquisition to deal closure.
• Support commercial negotiations and ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Prepare client presentations, market reports, and leasing recommendations.
  

Market Intelligence & Team Collaboration

• Track retail market trends, tenant demand, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
