Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and development of a School ERP / School Management System from scratch. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in building scalable software products, leading development teams, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience with School ERP, School Management Software, LMS, or other EdTech products is required.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of the School ERP platform.
• Define product architecture, technical roadmap, scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the development team while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Collaborate with management, product stakeholders, UI/UX, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Review code, maintain coding standards, conduct sprint planning, estimations, and release management.
• Drive continuous product improvements, new feature development, and technical innovation.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and provide architectural guidance.
• Ensure best practices for security, maintainability, testing, and performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  6+ years of experience in software product development.
• Proven experience building or enhancing School ERP, School Management Systems, LMS, or EdTech solutions.
• Strong experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, Microservices, Design Patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Exposure to AI-powered features, analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation is an added advantage.
