Training & Placement HR Executive-Bhopal

Location: Bhopal

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for internships and placements.
• Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and campus interviews.
• Connect with HR professionals and hiring managers to generate placement opportunities.
• Organize aptitude tests, mock interviews, GDs, and placement preparation sessions.
• Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview preparation.
• Track student placement records, interview status, and employer feedback.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure students are industry-ready.
• Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and company visits.
• Arrange industry visits, expert sessions, and corporate networking events.
• Prepare placement reports, MIS, and maintain employer databases.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation for placed students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Experience using LinkedIn for corporate outreach.
• Ability to organize placement drives and events independently.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• MBA (HR/Marketing) or Bachelors degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in a Training & Placement Cell, EdTech, College, or Recruitment Consultancy.
• Existing corporate HR network is an added advantage.

• Comfortable interacting with HRs, recruiters, and company representatives.
• Willing to travel for corporate meetings and placement activities when required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving placement targets.

• This role is not for freshers.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, HR, Recruitment, or Corporate Relations is required.
• Candidates should be based in Bhopal or willing to relocate.
