• Is responsible for overall store operations. An average store has approximately 300 + staffs 
• Timely opening of Store and adherence to all the processes at store opening
• Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development
• Customer Satisfaction/ Service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale
• Loss Prevention, Customer Satisfaction & Service
• Pilferage Control
• Asset Maintenance, customer convenience & service
