We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to enhance and maintain a large-scale Sales CRM platform. The role involves understanding vendor-delivered systems, designing scalable backend services, improving code quality, debugging production issues, and delivering secure, maintainable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend services.
• Understand existing codebase, PostgreSQL schema, and business workflows.
• Design, build, and enhance REST APIs.
• Work with generic API routing and service-layer execution.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using users, roles, groups, resources, and permissions.
• Debug API, authentication, authorization, validation, and database issues.
• Work with PostgreSQL, Liquibase, JPA/Hibernate, repositories, and SQL optimization.
• Integrate backend services with Flutter Web and web frontends.
• Maintain Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Support deployments across Local, UAT, and Production.
• Prepare setup guides, API documentation, database documentation, and KT materials.
• Collaborate with QA, frontend teams, architects, and management.
