Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment and Brand Support Coordinator at Daalchini - Smart Vending Machines in Noida. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing payment-related issues, providing brand support, handling case management, delivering exemplary customer service, and providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Case Management and Brand/Vendor Service
• Respond promptly to Brand/vendor queries related to payments or brand support via email, phone, or chat.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and monitor payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Provide excellent service by addressing concerns and delivering solutions to enhance Brand/Vendor satisfaction.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
