What Youll Do

• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Identify trends, memes and cultural moments to develop relevant, shareable content.
• Write captions, posts, scripts, headlines and hooks, and develop ideas for Reels, Shorts and carousels.
• Research stories, manage the content calendar, repurpose content and collaborate with design, video and marketing teams.
• Track content performance, monitor competitors and use AI tools to improve content creation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong writing, storytelling and research skills with excellent command of English.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, online trends and audience preferences.
• Creative thinking with the ability to turn stories and ideas into engaging content.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience managing a personal, college or professional social media page.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels or other social-first content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement metrics and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of Indian languages and a portfolio, blog, social media page or previous content samples.
