Job Description
Responsibilities
- To do PM planning for all moulds for all customers.
- To carry out breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Analyzing the repetitive breakdown and take corrective action to eliminate it.
- Planning predictive maintenance activity under guidance of Head of Toolroom and carrying it out.
- Maintaining PM records & breakdown records.Monitoring & maintaining mould spare part & consumables levels and records.Trouble shooting daily mould related problems
- Responsible for the identification of critical spares and planning for the same.
- Responsible for scheduling and corrections of moulds
- Responsible for maintaining all necessary documentations
- Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all tool room machinery and equipments
- Audit preparation & facing audits.
Qualifications
- Tool-making Diploma from NTTF or CIPET
- 1-4 years of experience
- Should be willing to work in Aurangabad
- Prior experience maintaining moulds for precision moulding in the electrical and automotive industry
