Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can combine strong relationship management with financial domain understanding to drive adoption, retention, and growth across enterprise accounts. This role will act as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, equity research analysts, and operations teams across enterprise accounts.
  • Drive platform usage through proactive engagement, advisory, and collaboration with power users and champions.
  • Own renewals, retention, and net-retention outcomes for the assigned account portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through needs analysis and partnership with account executives.
  • Monitor account health, anticipate risks, and execute mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, influencing roadmap decisions.
  • Lead customer advocacy initiatives including references and success stories.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute onboarding, retention programs, and custom implementations.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts in sell-side or financial services environments.
  • Strong understanding of equity research workflows, sell-side processes, or financial analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Japanese (required).
  • CFA, CPA, or CFP credentials preferred but not mandatory.
