Senior People Business Partner (HRBP)

You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations. Your responsibilities will include owning and executing performance management frameworks to ensure continuous feedback and career growth. Additionally, you will design and implement employee engagement programs to cultivate a thriving workplace and lead initiatives to enhance manager capability and promote leadership effectiveness.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure smooth HR operations, policy execution, and compliance. Your role will involve developing data-driven people insights to support decision-making and optimize HR processes. As a Senior People Business Partner, you will champion HR best practices in a scalable, fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in talent management, performance review cycles, employee engagement, and HR connect programs. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage HR functions for a workforce of 200+ employees. Experience in fast-growing startups, particularly in high-growth tech startups or B2B SaaS, is preferred. Additionally, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.,
