We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with business leaders and drive scalable people strategies that support growth, engagement, and a high-performance culture at Daloopa. This role will be instrumental in shaping employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Own and execute performance management frameworks, ensuring continuous feedback and career growth.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a thriving workplace.
- Lead initiatives to enhance manager capability, promoting leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations, policy execution, and compliance.
- Develop data-driven people insights to support decision-making and optimize HR processes. Champion HR best practices in a scalable, fast-paced environment.

- 6+ years of experience in talent management, performance review cycles, employee engagement, and HR connect programs.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions for a workforce of 200+ employees.
- Experience in fast-growing startups, preferably in high growth, tech startups or B2B SaaS.
- Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
