Role Overview

As a Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our end-to-end recruitment process and scaling our teams with top-tier talent. This role requires agility, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple platforms and networks.
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• 
  Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Support global hiring requirements across functions.
• Leverage recruitment data to optimize performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within tech/product startups, consumer internet, or B2B SaaS environments.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to independently drive hiring efforts.
• Experience in global hiring is an added advantage.
