Were Hiring | Product Owner – Employee Benefits
Were looking for a Product Owner with strong experience in Employee Benefits Insurance to lead and enhance our Broker Edge platform.
Location: Noida / Faridabad / Remote
Experience: 10+ Years
What youll do:
- Drive the Employee Benefits product roadmap
- Manage end-to-end workflows (enrollment, endorsements, renewals, claims)
- Lead HRMS integrations (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox, etc.)
- Work closely with insurers, TPAs, brokers, and clients
- Deliver impactful features through agile execution

What were looking for:
- Strong domain expertise in GMC, GPA, GTL & group insurance
- Experience with TPA operations & claims processes
- Proven Product Owner experience in Insurance / InsurTech
