Senior Analyst To Strengthen The Reporting Processes

We are looking for our new colleague to join the Reporting Team in Business Risk & Controls (BRC) in Technology and Services. BRC is a global team with colleagues in Denmark, Lithuania and in India.

The reporting team is supporting 1st line non-financial risk activities with data, dashboards, and analysis, while also providing regular management reports for several risk committees and risk councils. In the team we have 2 analysts in Lithuania (looking for one more) and one consultant in Denmark. The role covers both reporting and technical related tasks. Besides the regular report deliveries, it also includes development of Tableau dashboards, improvement of the reporting processes, infrastructure and development of new solutions (we use Alteryx as our main reporting tool).

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Prepare regular reports, analyze and respond to ad hoc reporting requests


• Maintain the different workflows and infrastructure supporting the reporting processes, actively improve our solutions and develop new ones


• Participate in different projects regarding new business and governance requirements


• Collaborate with risk managers and other BRC teams to support the improvement of the risk profile

About you:

• We expect you to have relevant experience working with reporting, analysis or similar

• 3-6 Years of experience in any Reporting


• The ideal candidate should not be afraid to challenge the as-is processes, and come up with new ideas while should also feel comfortable with unstructured information, data and processes


• Skilled analytical skills and experience in using database management and Microsoft Office tools


• Experience in working with Alteryx and Tableau would be considered a bonus


• Interested in non-financial risk management and the improvement of the risk profile
