Design Generalist

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Mid-Senior Generalist to own corporate design and execute internal communications across the organization. In this role, you will elevate our visual brand while ensuring our teams remain informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals. You will be responsible for translating complex leadership briefs into compelling visual narratives, designing executive level collateral, and crafting digestible internal messaging across multiple communication touchpoints.
Who Will You Work With
The role requirement is to work with the Internal teams, various stakeholders, leaders of business units only for particular events or meetings, and the United communication team.
Executive & Corporate Visual Design

• Leadership Collateral: Design high-impact presentation decks, mailers and visual materials for critical leadership meetings and events.
• Internal Publications & Magazine: Conceptualize and design visual graphics, layouts, and editorial content for internal articles and the internal magazines
• Internal Teammate Platform: Elevate the internal Decathlon site into an engaging, user-friendly information hub where teammates easily access key updates, resources, and company culture stories
  
  

Own Internal communication strategic planning with Design

• Develop, implement, and/or adapt internal communication strategies across all scales (global, regional, and/or local) to align with organizational goals and effectively resonate with all teams, cultures, and geographies.
• Establish long-term communication frameworks that reinforce company culture, values, and employee engagement.
• Responsible for Country Newsletter, Quarterly townhalls with other relevant events to ensure integrated and consistent communication strategy & calendar
  

Skillset And Experience

• Proficiency in industry standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe suite
• Exceptional command of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, grid systems, and page layout for both digital platforms and print publications
• Deep understanding of editorial design production processes and digital layout principles to create scannable, engaging web and magazine layouts.
• Proven track record of developing communication frameworks and managing 360-degree internal campaigns.
• Familiarity with Generative AI for content and data analytics tools for measuring communication impact.
  

Stakeholder Management
You will work closely with leaders from different cities, sports, and omni-commerce to build exciting digital journeys to drive relevant objectives.
