Senior Graphic Designer (AI Native)

Job summary:

Were looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong AI expertise and a compelling portfolio who can think, create, and execute high-impact visuals and video across digital, social, and print. 

Every customer home shoot, every designer explainer, every brand film, every ad cutdown, every dubbed localisation, youll concept it where needed, edit it, produce it, finish it, and ship it. Youll use AI tools where they multiply your output (render-to-video, dubbing, format multiplication, synthetic b-roll, explainer generation) and traditional craft where AI cant take you. Youll partner with the content, social, brand, and growth teams on what gets made and why, but the actual production of the work sits with you.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals and video for digital, social, performance marketing, print, optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and platform best practices
• Conceptualize and execute AI-generated creatives across both static and motion formats, including full video production from brief through edit, colour, sound, and delivery
• Work with tools like Midjourney, Freepik AI, Runway, Imagen, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, ElevenLabs (and similar) across image and video generation
• Own the toolchain , whats used, whats replaced, whats adopted as tools change every quarter
• Collaborate with content, social, brand, and growth teams to ensure brand consistency across channels
• Work independently on fast-turnaround projects in a high-speed environment
• Handle multiple projects with strong ownership and minimal supervision
• The AI video workflow. Render-to-video pipelines for cities we cant shoot, ElevenLabs dubbing across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, synthetic content where it fits the experiment, format multiplication off live shoots. Youll know which tool fits which brief.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design / creative roles, or 5+ years in video editing and production .
• Strong portfolio of AI-generated ad and video work with understanding of AI tools for image and video generation.
• At least the last 12–18 months working seriously with AI tools, with opinions on what works and what doesnt
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour psychology, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing performance marketing creatives, digital advertisements across platforms such as YouTube, Meta, and Google, print design work, and high-performing thumbnails
• Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator, or deep craft in Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with After Effects fluency for motion graphics
• Comfortable shipping volume without dropping quality.
