Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming technical issues and manage the end-to-end ticketing lifecycle within Jira.
• Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the development team, translating technical issues clearly.
• Execute basic technical troubleshooting, including running provided scripts and performing specific database actions under guidance.
• Support warehouse operations by troubleshooting system alerts and ensuring data or workflow continuity.
• Document incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our knowledge base.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with creating, tracking, and managing tickets in Jira.
• Basic technical hands-on capability, including comfort with running terminal/command-line scripts and executing basic SQL/database commands.
• Foundational knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, or supply chain workflows.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 shift schedule.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
