Delhivery - Director - Rider Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the assigned SPOC identifies and acquires local vendors/retailers near the dispatch center of Delhivery at variable rates and keeps track of it.
- Ensure the SPOC endures with vendors once acquired/willing to work for Delhivery as well as retain existing vendors.
- Synchronize with core operations on the ground team of Delhivery and last mile leadership team and other stakeholders to manage smooth last mile operations LMA operations.

- Ensure the SPOC keeps basic hygiene updates of vendors with regards to App, Partner Management tool compliance.
- Ensure the data sanity of respective states assigned with rider agents count and capacity promised for dispatch is maintained and is readily available.
- Ensure the cost of delivery is low/optimized at the regional level by guiding the SPOC for our matching negotiation to vendors and applying dynamic costs for last mile delivery.
- Contribute to maintaining and building capacity across all teams within Delhivery.
Person Specifications - Skillsets/Education:
- Functional Skills - Operations Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management.
- Experience - Relevant experience in Logistics/ Manufacturing industry.
- Behavioral Skills - Good communication and people management, analytical skills, task prioritization and follow-up, Hustler, Go-Getter attitude.
- Exposure to work in /Ability to work well in a team environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business purposes/in order to gain credibility with senior management.
