Your role will entail gathering requirements (both tax/ legal and business), analysing supply-chains and businessprocesses to assess the required functional specifications, evaluating the current systems landscape and proposedfuture state in order to identify gaps and improvement areas. You will be working alongside an experienced andgrowing team, in what is aonce in lifetime opportunity to support our clients in ensuring that they have the rightdata,businessprocessesandsystemsset-upforthefuture.
Keyresponsibilities -
ü Understanding and identifying the key tax touchpoints across the end-to-end business processes for their clients’ particular needs
ü Understanding and capturing the client’s tax and business requirements to build the optimal Oracle Tax design and/ or supplement with the right mix of alternative tax technology solutions
ü Supporting the team in designing, building and integrating tax requirements and processes into Oracle systems architecture (or wider tax technology solutions) to meet clients’ requirements
ü Supporting the team in assessing the business impact of technical choices made
ü Helping the project team with capturing and logging risks/ issues on the project as and when they arise
ü Supporting the project team in developing/ maintaining good working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and keep them informed of challenges/ risks/ issues with technical solutions being implemented
ü Maintaining process documentation while continually improving internal and client processes
ü Providing regular updates to the project team on how the project is running against projected scope, timeframes and budget etc.
ü Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
QualificationandExperienceRequired–
ü MBA, Chartered Accountant, Engineering, or any other bachelor’s degree from reputed University
ü Post-graduation in ERP from reputed University
ü 0 - 3 years of Experience in ERP systems (SAP FI or SD for Tax preferred)
ü Excellent IT skills with the strong desire to learn new skills and technology
ü Practical / theoretical knowledge of common business processes
ü Strong organisational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving
ü Efficient communication and stakeholder management skills
ü Good team player with ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in work and attention to detail
