Services Specialist, Cyber Services - Hyderabad

Join Deloitte as a Services Specialist, Cyber Service, where you will support identity and access management capabilities with a focus on SailPoint development, application onboarding, and operational support. This role requires hands-on experience across SailPoint IdentityIQ, integrations, access lifecycle processes, and enterprise support activities. You will work across security, infrastructure, and application teams to help deliver reliable IAM services in a fast-paced environment.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Cyber Service on the Cyber Service team, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including QuickLink, form, workflow, and lifecycle management capabilities
• Support application onboarding, account creation, provisioning, certification, access review, and access request processes
• Build and maintain integrations using SCIM APIs, web services connectors, and database (JDBC) connectors
• Support IAM platform operations, including ticket management, vendor coordination, issue escalation, and vulnerability management activities such as patching
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to assess requirements, support feasibility discussions, and resolve production issues

Shift Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
• 3-5 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation
• Experience with application onboarding, lifecycle management, account creation, certification, access review, and access request support in SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience developing or supporting QuickLink, form, or workflow configurations in SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Experience developing or supporting integrations using SCIM APIs, web services connectors, or database (JDBC) connectors
• Experience with BeanShell or Java
• Experience with directory services, including Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Active Directory (AD)

Preferred:

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
• Experience with CyberArk Vault or privileged access management platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Entra identity and access management capabilities
• Experience working in a professional services or Big Four environment
