Specialist Assistant Manager, Account and Engagement Finance Services

As a Specialist Assistant Manager within Account and Engagement Finance Services, you will lead the financial analysis, reconciliation, and engagement management controls across one or more complex engagements—advising senior internal and external stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, and driving practice initiatives that strengthen the broader finance services function.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Account and Engagement Finance Services on the Account and Engagement Finance Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead financial analysis and reconciliation processes for one or more project or engagement teams and implement engagement management controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and track financial metrics, including revenue and expenses.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and project financial advice to senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
• Track expenditures; oversee client billing and receivables collection; and manage Project Management Office (PMO) functional and day-to-day contract management activities.
• Apply standard project, quality, and risk-management processes and contribute to practice initiatives that support team development.

Our Account and Engagement Finance Services team works with clients to define project needs and delivery methods. We use advanced financial and forecasting tools to give precise cost estimates. This helps us manage project budgets and keep projects on track and within budget.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 6 - 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or project financial management

Get Hired
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• 2+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Experience preparing financial analyses and management reports
• Experience presenting financial analyses, recommendations, or project financial guidance to internal or external stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple concurrent financial deliverables and completing them by project deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience working with time-and-materials and fixed-price contract types and billing scenarios
• Experience in a professional services firm
• Experience using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project
