**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Independently provide complete technical designs focusing on specific product features or system components
- Deliver features & epics, including UI, Backend, and testing for the team
- Serve as a role model by embodying core values, driving productivity, and fostering continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions
- Work closely with Global Teams to develop, scale, and maintain Demandbase Products
- Lead projects, manage dependencies, and ensure engineering velocity and software quality
- Identify opportunities to enhance work processes and team-level processes
- Mentor and guide junior team members, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge
- Work with experienced ICs to enhance the architecture using the latest technologies and AWS
- Master the product area of the business problem and collaborate to deliver well-engineered product features
- Contribute to organization standards, best practices, and automation improvements in CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure operational excellence of team-owned systems
- Act with a sense of urgency, delivering high-quality work that adds value to the business and stakeholders
**What We Are Looking For:**
- 5 - 8 years of experience in software product companies
- Eagerness to learn new skill sets and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, data structures, algorithms, low-level design, and SQL

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in small, high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant technical discipline
**Nice To Have:**
- Working knowledge of Java, design patterns, Spring, Multithreading
- Full Stack Experience and familiarity with frontend frameworks
- Experience in implementing large distributed systems
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services and Docker containers
- Familiarity with observability tools for monitoring and logging
- Interest in emerging technologies and industry trends
