Full Stack Developer

About the RoleDemandNXT is looking for a highly capable and curious Full-Stack Developer who can work across web development, WordPress, Python, and AI-powered applications and workflows. This is not a role where you will work on only one technology. You may be building a WordPress website, developing a Python/API-based application, integrating an AI workflow, connecting a CRM or third-party API, improving website performance, or experimenting with a new AI development framework. We are particularly interested in developers who are excellent at using AI to build faster, solve problems better, and turn ideas into working applications. What You'll Work On Build and maintain modern websites and web applications. Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Build backend applications using Python, Flask, FastAPI, or Django. Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web technologies. Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL and other databases. Integrate websites with CRM, marketing, and third-party platforms. Build applications and workflows using AI / LLM APIs. Create AI-powered automation workflows and agents. Use AI coding tools extensively for development, debugging, testing, research, and optimization. Improve website speed, performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO. Deploy and maintain applications on cloud / server environments. Experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and development approaches. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. AI-Assisted Development & AutomationWe are specifically looking for developers who actively use AI as part of their development workflow— not simply candidates who have experimented with ChatGPT. You should be comfortable using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development, debug applications, refactor code, generate tests, research solutions, and build production-ready applications. You will also work on AI-powered workflows involving LLM APIs, structured prompts, API integrations, automation tools, and AI agents. Examples include ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools. Experience with any one specific product is not mandatory.
