Role & responsibilities : Lead the entire Human Resources function for a large-scale Automobile OEM manufacturing organization, ensuring strategic alignment of people, culture, capability, policy, and workforce excellence. The CHRO drives organization transformation, productivity, IR stability, leadership development, talent acquisition and retention, and compliance across multiple plants or business units. HR Strategy & Organization Leadership, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, Industrial Relations (IR) & Statutory Compliance, Performance Management & Rewards, Learning, Development & Leadership Capability, Employee Engagement & Culture Building, HR Operations & Digital HR, Plant HR, Safety & Welfare, team leader, business HR, modern practices and systems, policies, OB, OD, OC, HR budgeting, HR process.

Preferred candidate profile : PG in HR from a reputed institute (XISS, XLRI, TISS, IIM ) with 25 to 30 years experience in large-scale OEM or Tier-1 automobile manufacturing. Deep knowledge of labour laws, IR, union management & statutory compliance. Expertise in HR strategy, talent management & workforce planning. Strong understanding of digital HR tools & HR analytics. Experience handling multi-plant HR operations is preferred. minimum 10 years in a senior leadership HR role. Age limit 53 years.
