Factory Head - Paper Industry

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end factory and plant operations, including manufacturing and production activities.
• Oversee QA/QC, maintenance, PPC, stores, inventory, and process planning.
• Drive production of paper products and packaging while ensuring process and product quality.
• Manage and optimize automated plant operations, including PLC and SCADA systems.
• Lead plant projects, process improvements, and manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure effective manpower management and team performance.
• Oversee HR, administration, safety, and manufacturing systems at the factory.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech qualified with relevant experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations.
• Experience in the paper manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to paper products and packaging.
• Strong experience in process planning and managing automated plants/factories.
• Hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Experience in production management, quality, maintenance, PPC, and plant operations.
• Strong team leadership and manpower management skills.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Bangalore.
