Design cafe is hiring Associate Manager-Paid Marketing (Bangalore-Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead paid marketing initiatives for MakeMyBath, a brand from DesignCafe focused on bathroom renovation solutions.

The role will focus on driving customer acquisition, improving lead quality, scaling digital campaigns, and building growth initiatives for MakeMyBath, while also supporting paid marketing initiatives for DesignCafe.

This role requires someone who can independently manage campaigns, work closely with business and sales teams, and think beyond media execution to drive overall marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and campaign performance for MakeMyBath
  • Support paid marketing initiatives for DesignCafe as required
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting, and performance optimization
  • Improve CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • Work closely with sales, business, content, design, and tech teams to improve funnel performance
  • Drive landing page and creative testing to improve campaign efficiency
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against business goals
  • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and marketing experiments
  • Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform changes in digital marketing
  • Skills & Experience

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

    • 4 to 7 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
    • Strong hands on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display campaigns
    • Experience in managing large paid marketing budgets
    • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Good understanding of reporting, data analysis, and campaign optimization
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and high ownership environment
