Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountability
- Support the Deutsche Bank’s regulatory / other change initiatives as a Project Manager/ Business Analyst, responsible in delivering Strategic initiatives globally, in specific Kannon and dbPalace for US and UK/ CEEMEA regions
- Working with the key stakeholders including technology, Strats and Finance in multiple locations, by providing direct engagement support ( daily & weekly ) to assigned initiatives.
- Gathers requirements, defines, and documents business processes/procedures using workflow modelling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
- Partner independently with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Support Product Leads on overall test strategy, scoping user acceptance test (UAT)
- Develop and/or support the development of presentations that deliver succinct/concise recommendations to management team and be able to provide rationale and justifications behind the recommendations.
- Prepare training materials, executes Key user/ End-user trainings, conduct “train the trainer” sessions taking support from Product Leads wherever needed
- Stakeholder management: able to build and maintain a range of senior stakeholder relationships and influence stakeholders to support change agenda.
- Ability to communicate complex problems / solutions in an articulate manner, using data to support your argument and influence stakeholders.
- Works with stakeholders and key Subject Matter Experts to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Supports go-live activities (UAT, test writing) and provides post-go live support during “warranty” period.
- Capability Development & Management - Contribute to the stakeholder’s process improvement initiatives related to delivery and cross-functional trainings.
Experience/ Exposure
- 4-8 years’ work experience in all or any of the streams- RTB, Financial reporting, Regulatory reporting, Finance transformation/IT project implementation in the banking or financial service sector ( preferred)
- Good understanding of the financial services industry and ability to apply banking product and service knowledge
- Knowledge of and experience in project management and governance along with good understanding of the application of associated tools and techniques
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels
- Excellent ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems

- Past working experience in RTB/IT/Project. Mgmt. etc. is desirable.
Education/ Qualifications
- Financial industry knowledge highly desirable in areas of Front Office Risk and Valuation as well as Risk and Profit & Loss (front to back financial date flow)
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree, ACA from an accredited university ( Finance preferable )
- Professional certification FRM, CFA, PMI-PBA, Agile etc. is a plus
