Job Description
- As a Backend Developer / FSD, AVP at Deutsche Bank, you will be required to possess strong technical skills in backend and FSD development. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
You will collaborate with UI developers and UX designers to deliver high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in design and development, coordinating with the Product Owner for BAU tasks. Your active participation in sprint activities and ceremonies, such as daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements, will be crucial.
With at least 11+ years of experience in backend technologies, you should have strong hands-on experience with languages and frameworks such as Java (Advanced), Python (Advanced), Spring Boot (Advanced), Spring Framework, and GraphQL (Intermediate). Your expertise should also include microservices and cloud technologies like Microservices Architecture, RESTful API Design (Advanced), GraphQL API, and Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) (Intermediate).
In addition, your proficiency in development and testing practices, databases and architecture, performance optimization, and soft skills such as communication and problem-solving will be essential. Experience with Agile/SCRUM environments and the ability to convert wireframes into functional UI components are also desired.
