Job Description
- The Clearing & Settlement Analyst position in Jaipur, India involves preparing and verifying swift instructions for the custodian agent, resolving unmatched items and implementing long-term solutions for recurring issues, communicating with the custodian agent to identify settlement problems, identifying and following up on cash discrepancies, supporting the client services team in resolving settlement issues for clients, and creating backups through cross-training. It is essential to escalate issues promptly to prevent adverse impacts on the business and generate end-of-day control reports according to procedures.
The key responsibilities of the role include managing back-office operations of the custodian, focusing on settlement of client instructions, client reporting, reconciliation of securities and cash, and correcting client instructions while adhering to Key Operating Procedures.
