Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt financing.
What you will do: You will conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis.
Key responsibility:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients.
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions and debt financing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with investment banking transactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
