Job Description
- As a Human Resources HR Business Advisor at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, your role involves working globally to strengthen the organization through strategic HR initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include interacting with Chief Operating Officers, Business Managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues in the HR Asia Pacific teams to support the people strategy of the business.
You will provide expert advice on the employee lifecycle, including compensation, recognition processes, flexible work arrangements, resignations, retirements, disciplinary measures, and performance management. Additionally, you will support talent management processes and manage the execution of restructuring initiatives.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in HR advisory roles, excellent communication skills to engage with clients across the APAC region, and the ability to adapt to a virtual work environment. Your deep knowledge of the HR lifecycle, conflict resolution skills, and attention to detail will be essential in providing efficient and professional client support.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for completing requests for terminations, restructuring, off-boarding, and adhoc compensation changes, implementing continuous process improvement, and providing coaching to team members. Your ability to analyze requests methodically, manage conflict, and develop positive relationships with colleagues will contribute to the success of the HR team.
