Investment Banking Summer Intern

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a high-performing team working on various investment banking transactions, contributing to deal execution and analysis.

What you will do: Support senior bankers in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other capital market transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Conduct industry and company research.
• Prepare presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Support deal execution, including document preparation and coordination with various stakeholders.

• Analyze financial statements and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
